I love tutorials :D But, it sort of sounds wierd to see them in an art book... I've never actually scene an artbook with tutorials in it XD

I am the 927th to vote for Mixed both of the first two choices.

Mostly because I find lineart/sketches very pretty - often prettier than the colored version. O-O

But as someone else mentioned, it's really nice when there's the original lineart next to the final, colored, version.

I also think having some sketches/lineart gives more "warmth" to the artbook, so to speak.

I forgot to mention that in my personal view artbooks aren't for tutorials. Tutorials should go on a separate book.

I go for artbooks with tutorials coz I don't have much talent in drawing, thus the reason why.. :XD:

I think mixed is best. . . that way we get to view your artwork in the medium you feel is best, whether it's toned, simply inked, or fully colored.

I usually prefer colour, but if I like the artist, I'd buy every kind. ^^;

Mixed is best... you get to see a lot more of what the artist is capable of, how their style works etc etc.
I mean, I LOVE looking at other artists sketches, and frankly I feel that I'd be more inclined to buy a book of sketches and lineart rather than completed pics, but mixed is better. :D
